7. Returns and Refunds

Product Returns: You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused and in its original condition.
• The product is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For repair services:

• Diagnosis: Free initial diagnosis for repair requests.
• Quote: We will provide a repair quote for your approval before proceeding.
• Warranty: Repair work is warranted for 30 days from completion date.
• Parts: We use genuine or equivalent quality parts for repairs.
• Liability: We are not liable for data loss. Please backup your data before handing over devices for repair.
• Turnaround: Repair times vary based on part availability and complexity.

9. GSM Tool Rental Terms

For GSM tool rentals:

• Rental period is calculated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as selected.
• A security deposit may be required before tool release.
• Tools must be returned in the same condition as received (normal wear and tear excepted).
• You are responsible for any damage or loss of rental tools.
• Rental fees are non-refundable if rental is cancelled after tools have been released.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, images, software, and other materials, are the intellectual property of INZOOZI or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
